Julia passed away on September 11, 2001 in Columbus, Ohio of ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). She left behind her husband Ron, daughters Lori and Rochelle, brothers Don and Bob and her sister Rebecca Kershaw.
Julia and I were good friends in highschool; but went our separate ways later. I was sorry to hear she had passed away before I got to see her again. May she rest in peace.
This is Vera L. Poole (wife of James V. Poole; class of 1960.) I remember Julie when we both worked at the Marietta Apparatus Company. At the time, she was known for her artistic talent. In fact, my daughter still has a lovely painting that Julie created when I was (first) married back in 1965. Does anyone know if she continued with her love of painting? Over the years, I have wondered what happened to her. Rest in Peace, Julie.
